Introducing the G0819 is a 15" 5 HP Open-End Wide-Belt Sander.
Designed to enhance efficiency in wood shops. With a compact footprint of 19-1/2" x 27-1/2", it can sand a 30" wide workpiece in two passes.
The sander features a quick sandpaper change system with 16" x 48" belts, taking less than 30 seconds to replace. It emphasizes rigidity and production work, with an adjustable side support that eliminates the need for additional supports.
The machine offers three conveyor speeds (16.4, 23, and 32.8 feet per minute) for different wood types. It has pneumatic oscillation speed control and a pulse-jet cleaning system to keep the oscillation sensor dust-free.
Additional features include an amp meter, micro-adjustable graphite-felt platen, and emergency stop plate. The sander comes with a 1-year warranty covering parts and factory defects.
