Shop Fox presents the W1855 4" x 36" Horizontal/Vertical Belt Sander with 6" Disc, designed for efficiency in compact workshops. Offering power and control, this sander accommodates smaller workpieces with a versatile 4" x 36" sanding belt that tilts from 0°–90°, allowing both horizontal and vertical sanding.
The back stop ensures stability for workpieces during belt sanding, while the 6-1/4" W x 9" L work table supports items when utilizing the 6" sanding disc, tilting from 0°–45°. Replacement PSA sanding discs in various grits are available.
Facilitating belt changes, the belt tensioning lever provides easy adjustments, and the tracking control knob aligns the sanding belt to the bed. Additional features include a built-in 2-1/2" dust port, an adjustable miter gauge, and a work table angle scale.
The W1855 comes with a 2-year warranty covering parts and ensuring freedom from factory defects, excluding consumables.
