The W1838 2" x 27" Combo Belt / 6" Disc Benchtop Sander is a compact machine designed for various sanding tasks. Specifically crafted for wood shaping, finishing, and fine sharpening, it efficiently caters to your sanding needs.
On the 6" disc side, the sander incorporates a cast aluminum table with a tilting range from 0 to 45°. The disc sanding table features a miter gauge adjustable from -60° to 60°, ensuring precise angle sanding.
The 2" x 27" belt sander is equipped with an adjustable backstop to prevent workpieces from being thrown off due to the sanding belt's rotation. Additionally, the sanding belt includes a 5" long platen for support when working on larger pieces.
For improved visibility, the combination sander comes with a flexible LED work light. As with all Shop Fox benchtop machines, the W1838 is backed by a 2-year warranty covering parts and ensuring the absence of factory defects (consumables excluded).
