Designed for optimal filtration, the G0440HEP is identical to our G0440 model but comes pre-equipped with an advanced dual-filtration HEPA filter system. Tailored for those seeking top-tier filtration capabilities, our dual-filtration HEPA cyclones offer superior performance.
The G0440HEP 2 HP Dual-Filtration HEPA Cyclone Dust Collector includes a primary filter with 99.9% efficiency at 0.2-2 microns and a secondary HEPA filter with 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns. The dual-filtration configuration ensures that the majority of fine dust is captured by the primary filter, extending the life of the HEPA filter by up to 900%, potentially lasting for a decade.
Utilizing cyclonic action, the system separates heavy dust particles, depositing them into the 35-gallon steel drum. Fine dust passes through the 14-1/2" diameter impeller and is captured by spun-bond polyester cartridge filters. A transparent plastic bag collects the discharged fine particles, maintaining consistent dust collector performance.
Mounted casters facilitate the easy disposal of larger chips and dust from the drum.
Similar to all Grizzly dust collectors, the G0440HEP comes with a 1-year warranty covering parts and ensuring the unit is free from factory defects.
