Featuring a substantial 5-1/2" spindle travel, MT#3 spindle, and a 5/8" capacity drill chuck, the SB1125 provides versatility for a range of drilling applications. The two-range variable spindle speed control, monitored through a digital readout, spans from 50 to 2000 RPM, catering to both woodworkers and metalworkers alike.
The 1 horsepower motor, coupled with low spindle speeds, delivers an impressive 1-9/16" capacity for drilling mild steel, offering power and precision in one machine.
The precision-ground cast-iron table, measuring 16" by 20", includes two 5/8" T-slots, with 360° table positioning around the column and rack-and-pinion table elevation facilitated by a hand crank. For drilling tall workpieces, the table can be swung to the back and securely fastened to the cast-iron base using the two 5/8" T-slots.
