The G1033Z boasts a 20" planing capacity and is equipped with a 3-1/4" cutterhead featuring four high-speed steel (HSS) knives. These HSS knives have undergone heat treatment for exceptional hardness and wear resistance, ensuring a longer-lasting sharp edge compared to other carbon steels.
The 5 HP motor efficiently transmits power to the cutterhead through a triple v-belt design, guaranteeing maximum power transfer to both the cutterhead and the feed drive.
Crafted from precision-ground and polished cast-iron, the infeed and outfeed tables exhibit a flawless mirror-like finish. With a total length of 58" from front to back, these tables provide unparalleled workpiece support.
Operate with ease using the dual bed rollers, allowing your workpiece to glide smoothly along the table at adjustable speeds of 28 FPM or 16 FPM via the two-speed gearbox controlled by the feed rate knob.
The built-in chip deflector efficiently directs debris into the dust hood, which connects to a 5" dust port to maintain a clear and tidy workspace.
